For each refill you must complete the appropriate refill form.There is no consultation fee for your first refill. You pay only the cost of medication and shipping. For each additional refill, a $25 re-evaluation fee will apply. We believe that our physicians need to know your progress and it is very important for us to be aware of any side effects to the medication. You may increase the quantity of medication upon ordering. Please note that we do not offer call in or mail out prescriptions for refills.

If you are not a previous patient with Net-Dr please do not fill out the refill form because we will not fill your prescription. New patients must first fill out the consultation form.

If you are a Viagra patient of NetDr International before please do not fill out the Cialis or Levitra refill forms. We will not process your refill request if you do so. You have to fill out the consultation forms of Cialis or Levitra to be evaluated for these new medications.

IF YOU NEED A REFILL FOR VIAGRA, LEVITRA, OR CIALIS PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT TWO (2) REFILL FORMS OF TWO (2) DIFFERENT IMPOTENCE MEDICATIONS ON THE SAME DAY! YOU HAVE TO WAIT TEN (10) DAYS BEFORE YOU CAN FILL OUT ANOTHER REFILL FORM OF THAT OTHER IMPOTENCE MEDICATION. OUR PHARMACY WILL NOT FILL TWO IMPOTENCE MEDICATIONS ON THE SAME DAY. PROPECIA, PROSCAR AND XENICAL CAN BE REFILLED TOGETHER WITH ONE IMPOTENCE MEDICATION ON THE SAME DAY.
