Luring New Year couples with Viagra:

[Business India]: Raipur, Dec 31 : Hotels in Chhattisgarh are pulling out all stops to lure couples this New Year, offering dance, music and food for a price - along with Viagra and condoms on the house!

Major hotels here have been spruced up for catching teenagers and couples for celebrations that will begin Friday evening and go on till way past midnight.

Packages to attract couples are being offered by some of the top hotels, including Babylon, Oberoi's Gulshan and Park-Inn.

"There is an amazing response from youngsters. The New Year night package starting from Rs.2,500 per couple was sold out within three days after bookings opened last Sunday," Babylon package coordinator S. Sibbal said.

The package includes unlimited snacks, lavish buffet dinner, a laser show, games and prizes.

But what seems to have attracted many is the complimentary package for couples.

"We have informed couples that either Viagra or some other energy booster besides condoms will be made available and they have appreciated the idea," a staff member of the hotel told IANS.

All hotels, mostly located on the VIP Road leading to Raipur's Mana Airport or situated at Ring Road No-1, have been vying with each other to dangle attractive offers.

Park-Inn hotel has kept highly decorated beds ready for couples so that they don't have to travel after non-stop dancing and revelry on New Year night.

"The couples' package costs Rs.2,200 but bed charges will be extra, around Rs.1,000," a hotel staff member said.
